Everything was excellent, superfriendly staff, great views from everywhere on the property and especially the guest rooms. Lots of food available in the restaurant.

Excellent service and the food is good. There's free parking available and fast internet too.

We had a really great at this hotel : ideal location and incredible staff. The room was fancy, trendy and complete with open air dining, separate bedroom and a beautiful complimentary fruit basket.

Fairly clean and small luxury place and the breakfast was stunning. Large bedroom, large bed. It was bright and bathrooms were big here.

I loved it, the hotel is fairly clean, has superb atmosphere and staff. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and it was great having climate control and a safe. I had an excellent view here. They made my stay fab.

A reasonably comfortable hotel in Tulum. The staff were funny ; the room was cool and the bed was really really comfy. The venue was in a downtown area. Clean pool and sand beach.

All in all, it was decent place for traveling to Tulum. It is near to the beautiful beach. The room view was amazing! Staff is really polite.
